Hug A Tree is a children’s program offered nationally by search and rescue teams that teaches kids what to do when they get lost. Henderson County Rescue Squad wanted to bring this program to Western North Carolina but felt the look and feel of the materials provided by NASAR were outdated. I illustrated these characters and created several printed materials to kickoff the program for the area.
